Excel Freestyle Season  (NEW THIS SEASON)

• 5th Grade - 12th Grade

• Tuesday/Thursday March 12th - April 25th at South HS Shell Space  (*Note the new start date!)

• 5:30pm - 7pm

• Cost $30 (No T-shirt)

• USA Wrestling Card is required if competing at weekend tournaments and to be purchased separately.

Registration for the 2025 Season will open in October/November of 2024.  Contact us if you have any questions

Excel Folkstyle Level 1

• Intro/Beginners practice designed to introduce kids to wrestling.

• ALL K-2 and First Year Wrestlers in 3-5th Grade 

• Every Tuesday and Thursday January 9th - March 7th @ South HS Shell Space

• 5:30pm - 6:30pm (1hr)

• Cost $50 (T-shirt Included if signed up at beginning of season)

• Headgear and wrestling shoes are required to be purchased separately.

 

Excel Folkstyle Level 2

• Practice for experienced wrestlers designed to enhance wrestling skills.

• Available to  ALL 3rd - 5th Grade Wrestlers with more than 1-year wrestling experience.

• Every Tuesday and Thursday January 9th - Feb 1st @ North HS Multipurpose Room

• Every Tuesday and Thursday Feb 6th - March 7th @ South HS Shell Space

• 5:30pm - 6:45pm (1 hr 15 min)

• Cost $50 (T-shirt Included if signed up at beginning of season)

• Headgear and wrestling shoes are required to be purchased separately.

**Grades 6-8 to wrestle with their middle school program during the Folksyle season at Urban, Horace Mann, and Farnsworth.
