Sheboygan Excel Wrestling builds on a solid foundation, using the fundamentals of wrestling through proper techniques and conditioning in a positive, fun, energy-filled atmosphere. Our goal is to help youth wrestlers take their competitive wrestling to the next competitive level.

PROGRAM SUMMARY

All youth ages K – 8 are welcome
No prior wrestling experience is required
Basic wrestling skills will be taught to all newcomers
Experienced wrestlers will be taught advanced wrestling skills
There will be opportunity for matches and tournaments with
other wrestlers of like age, weight, and experience
